But reaching this niche audience requires precision. The customer journey for a multi-day international cycling tour is long and considered. Travelers spend months researching destinations, comparing operators, and building confidence before committing to a trip. Ride and Seek needed a tourism marketing strategy that could capture interest early, nurture leads throughout the decision-making process, and convert travelers into bookings—all while maximizing ROI in a competitive market.
