The Project
Grand Victorian Bed & Breakfast is a historic boutique property in New Orleans’ Garden District. Built in 1893 and designed by noted architect Thomas Sully, the home offers period charm, thoughtful interiors, and personalized service just steps from the St. Charles streetcar line. The location, architecture, and hospitality set it apart—but the previous website didn’t communicate any of that effectively.
The old site felt dated and lacked clarity. It was difficult to compare rooms, understand what made the property unique, or see why a traveler would choose Grand Victorian over an Airbnb or another boutique hotel. The design didn’t reflect the elegance of the property, and key differentiators—location, history, walkability, included breakfast—were buried or overlooked entirely.
Beyond the website, the owner needed support navigating the tourism marketing landscape. With limited time and resources, they needed a clear strategy to reach high-intent travelers, build awareness, and drive bookings without wasting ad spend.
