The Project
Rancho Pacifico is an adults-only resort perched in the rainforest above Costa Rica’s southern coast. With private villas, panoramic ocean views, and an award-winning spa, it offers a refined escape for travelers who value privacy, nature, and personalized service. The team needed hotel marketing and a paid advertising strategy to reach high-intent travelers and drive qualified package inquiries for their most sought-after, high-value stays.
The Solution
We developed a full-funnel tourism marketing campaign across Meta and Google to attract and convert the right audience. On Meta, we led with cinematic imagery and direct messaging that highlighted the exclusive setting—romantic villas tucked into the jungle, uninterrupted views, and a quiet, adults-only atmosphere. On Google, we built a high-intent search campaign targeting travelers actively planning luxury trips to Costa Rica.
Each part of the funnel was designed to meet the guest where they were. Discovery ads built awareness, mid-funnel campaigns introduced seasonal offers and key differentiators, and retargeting paired with bottom-funnel search terms captured inquiries when decision-making peaked.
